Richard Eugene Bellinger was born on May 6, 1968, in Rome, NY. He was the son of Norman and Kathleen (Henderson) Bellinger. He was united in marriage with Diane Ruth Schults on March 4, 1994, in Millport, NY.
Richard and Diane have made their home on the South Dakota side of Big Stone Lake for the past few years.
Richard is survived by his wife, Diane; other relatives, and many friends.
