Patricia "Pat" Foss

Patricia “Pat” Foss, age 67, of Ortonville died Sunday, June 13, at Ortonville Area Health Services.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 18, at Mundwiler and Larson Funeral Home in Ortonville. Visitation will be one-hour prior at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mound Cemetery in Ortonville.

Patricia Leona Longhenry was born on June 29, 1953, in Graceville, MN, to Ervin and Marlys (Kurtz) Longhenry. She lived in Austin, MN, and Milbank, SD, before moving to Ortonville.

Pat enjoyed playing cards, bingo, singing to her grandchildren, and playing hand-held games. She loved baking and cooking. Most of all, she cherished the time she was able to spend with her family and friends. Pat will be remembered as a very kind and loving person. She was very proud of her 25 plus years of sobriety.

Pat is survived by her sons: Scott Hall of Ortonville, MN; Todd (Deanna Lobbins) of Ortonville, MN; siblings: Janet Spalinger of Clinton, MN; Sharon (Jim) Fierstien of Wood Lake, MN; Diana (Gerald) Stieb of Big Stone City, SD; Judy Johnson of Ortonville, MN; Gary (Anita) Longhenry of Big Stone City, SD; Ronda (Maynard) Mangelsen of Shell Lake, WI; Gloria (Dewayne) Larson of Odessa, MN; Mike (Nancy) Longhenry of Grantsburg, WI; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ervin and Marlys Longhenry; brother, Danny Longhenry; brothers-in-law: Duane Johnson and Charles Spalinger; and great-nephew, Avory Raffety.
