LaVay Anderson

LaVay Anderson, age 89, of Ortonville, MN, passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at Fairway View Neighborhoods in Ortonville.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at First English Lutheran Church in Ortonville, MN. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Interment will be held at Mound Cemetery in Ortonville.

LaVay is survived by sons: Randy (Pat), Greg (Roxanne), and Scott (Christine); daughter, Kim (John) Anderson-Grigg; grandchildren: Russell, Ryan, Justin, Michael, Michaela, and Jordan Anderson and Chris Gunter; 10 great-grandchildren: Zander, Piper, Russell Jr., Kylee, Garrett, Camdin, Royal, Raiden, Xander, and Grace; brother, Keith (Janet) Beachem; many additional relatives and friends.  

She was preceded in death by her husband, Royal C. Anderson; her parents, Charles and Geneva Beachem; and seven siblings. 

She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother & friend.  Her spirit lives on in the hearts of those that knew her.
