Lamar Vinson

Lamar Orion Athey was born on June 4, 2013 to his parents Jennifer Athey and KyiYoo Vinson at Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. He was baptized on June 12, 2013. After 20 days Lamar lost his courageous fight for life in his mothers arms.

Lamar is survived by his parents: Jennifer Athey and KyiYoo Vinson of Clinton. Grandparents: Greg and Laurie Athey of Clinton, Leonard and Angie McMillen of Chicago, IL. Great grandmothers: Jean Pansch of Graceville and Marlys Athey of Clinton. He's also survived by many aunts, uncles and several cousins.



Funeral services will be Friday, June 28, 2013 10:30 a.m. at Elim Free Lutheran Church in Clinton, MN. Visitation is Thursday, from 6-8 p.m. at Elim Free Lutheran Church and resuming one hour prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers family would like memorials go to Ronald McDonald House.
