Kenneth "Ken" Henneberg, formerly of Odessa, MN, went home to his Lord and Savior on April 2, 2023, in Queen Creek, AZ, at age 84.

For all friends and family, a visitation will start at 10:00 a.m. with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2023, at First English Lutheran Church, in Ortonville, MN. Inurnment will be at Mound Cemetery in Ortonville.

Feel free to wear red, white, blue, or gold in his honor with a patriotic celebration of life.

Kenneth Floyd Henneberg was known as a husband, father, grandfather, uncle, Veteran, faithful christian, enthusiastic gardener, and retired inventory control manager to those who knew or loved him.

Ken was born on November 23, 1938, in Odessa, MN, the youngest of eight. He graduated from Odessa High School in 1958. After 24 years of growing up on the family farm where hewas born, Ken enlisted in the US Army in 1962. He was stationed in Fort Huachuca for twoyears. He was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Odessa, MN. Ken and Kari were married in St. Paul, Minnesota at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, on October 10, 1964.

Ken was a loyal Goodin Co. Inc. employee for 37 ½ years as the inventory control manager in Minneapolis. Recognized for his hard work he was awarded a Caribbean cruise vacation. Ken and Kari retired in 2000 and later found a new adventure in Florence, AZ. They joined a newly formed church, Christ the Victor, and began creating connections. Ken was active on the food shelf and served as usher and deacon. Ken loved gardening, sightseeing, and RVing with
his family.

Ken is survived by his wife of 59 years, Karen "Kari" Lee (Gold); son, Allen (Paula); daughter, Andrea (Spencer) Scofield; grandson, Isaac; and granddaughter, Natalie.

A special mention for his nephew, Dale Emde who preceded him in death. Ken was devastated
by his loss. Dale was his best friend, and they spoke almost daily. As boys, their nicknames were
Beany and Putchy, to the family.

As the youngest of eight, Ken was preceded in death by his parents: Ernest and Elsie Henneberg;
and siblings: Lloyd; Doris; Glen; Jean; Marvin; Ernest Jr.; and Gordon.
