Sharon Marie (Nitz) Anderson was born on October. 22, 1948 in Ortonville, MN to parents Alfred and Berdina (Mantifel) Nitz. She departed this world on Feb. 24, 2005 at the Ortonville Hospital with her family at her side.
Sharon attended school in Ortonville, MN. On July 27, 1967 she was united in marriage to Richard Anderson, with this union four beautiful children were born.
Sharon was employed at the Silver Spur Cafe in Ortonville and at the Northridge Residence, 17 years each. She enjoyed her job, co-workers, and residents.
Sharon enjoyed playing cards, treasure shopping, working on the computer, and playing with her grandson, Zack. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
In life Sharon was such a giving person to everyone and in death she still gives as she donated her organs to those in need.
She is survived by her husband Richard, Ortonville, MN, daughter Billie Jo Anderson of Fergus Falls, MN, grandson Zackary Anderson of Fergus Falls, MN. Three sons, Pvt. Scott Anderson, Ortonville, MN, Sgt. Jeffery Anderson, Ortonville, MN, Ricky Anderson (fiance) Jenn Angerhofer, Ortonville, MN, granddaughter Kirsten Andersen, Odessa, MN. Four brothers Donald (Linda) Nitz, St. Cloud, MN, Mike (Mary) Nitz, Milbank, SD, Fritz (Bea) Nitz, Atlanta, GA, Gene (Josie) Nitz, Zimmerman, MN. Two sisters Peggy Grothe, Milbank, SD, Caroline (Terry) Stone, Idaho and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death: her parents, and two brothers Danny and Bobby.
