Services for Milo Ladwig will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2014, at Mundwiler Funeral Home beginning at 3:30 p.m. Rev. Dr. DeVern Schwenn will officiate and music will be provided by Tim Mundwiler. Spring burial will be in the Twin Brooks Cemetery.

Milo Alan Ladwig was born on August 16, 1949, in Milbank, South Dakota to Harvey and Alice (Wellnitz) Ladwig. His early years were spent in rural Twin Brooks. In 1959 Milo's family moved to Corona, South Dakota where he graduated from Corona High School. After graduation he entered the US Air Force. Upon discharge he returned to make his home in Milbank. He attended and graduated from the Watertown VoTech in 1992.

On November 11, 1996, Milo was united in marriage with Linda Jean Toutges. Milo worked as a truck driver. He was a member of the American Legion. Milo enjoyed camping and attending the meat raffles at the American Legion.

Milo died on January 30, 2014, having reached the age of 64.

Milo is survived by his wife Linda of Milbank, SD; his son Austin Ladwig of Sioux Falls, SD; and his brothers: Kenneth (Mary) Ladwig of Big Stone City, SD, and LaWayne (Jeanne) Ladwig of Tallahassee, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Dale.
