Dorothy Agatha was born on September 9, 1922 to parents John and Mary (Schindler) Reinart in Avoca, MN. Dorothy attended country school in Barry, MN. She graduated from St. Mary's Academy in Graceville, MN.



On September 9, 1942 Dorothy was united in marriage to Thomas J. Cauley. This blessed union produced four wonderful sons and two beautiful daughters; Geraldine, Richard, Dennis, Angeline, Roger, and Thomas G.



Following the passing of Thomas J., Dorothy was once again blessed when she met and married the loving Leonard Marihart on February 24, 1968.



Dorothy enjoyed the time she spent helping others while working at Holy Trinity Hospital and Grace Home. She also spent many years being a great mother to her six children.



Dorothy enjoyed many hours working on embroidery projects for her family and friends. She enjoyed being a grandmother to her 20 very special grandchildren and 12 precious great grandchildren. She especially enjoyed making cakes with lots of frosting and giving special gifts of love. IN her spare time Dorothy enjoyed reading and playing a game of "Tonk" her sisters.



On August 31, 2004 Dorothy passed away peacefully at Grace Home in Graceville, MN. She was 81 years old.



Survivors include her husband, Leonard Marihart; her two daughters, Geraldine and Floyd Behrens, and Angeline and Roger Nosbusch; her four sons, Richard and Steph Cauley, Dennis and Alla Cauley, Roger and Nancy Cauley, and Thomas G. and Carol Cauley; 20 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; four sisters, Gen Kurhy, Margaret Cota, Frances Peltier, and Veronica Anderson; and one sister-in-law, Adeline Reinart.



Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Reinart; her husband, Thomas J. Cauley; a granddaughter, Renae Cauley; four sisters, and three brothers.
