“I would like to send you a personal thank you from the point of view of the youngest in the family and the only one wearing a uniform. I have never, in my 45 years, been to such a beautiful funeral, or to one that was handled with such professionalism and above all...caring and compassion. At every turn you all wanted this to be exactly what we wanted, or what we needed to get us through. I heard so many comments from friends and relatives about how beautiful it was. I appreciate you asking me if the military honors was to my liking, and really appreciated that you just handled it when I deferred back to your experience.
To Jamie, especially. Thank you from this old Soldier, who has heard Taps many times and tears up anytime I hear it, you honored my father in a way no one else was able. You sent him on with the proper salute. I cannot thank you enough for what you did.
May God bless you all as you care for the people in our home towns. At the worst time in many peoples' lives, you make the event less painful. Thank you again, for everything you did, and for all the help you gave my Mom. ”
“(We) want to say an immense thank you to both of you for your caring and professional service in arranging for my sister's funeral. It is much appreciated. The technical details and your advice on many topics were handled without a hitch. However, more important than that was the obvious care and sensitivity you both showed to Kathy and me as we made the arrangements. You both were very impressive and I cannot conceive of any better service at a real difficult time.”
“I want to thank you for all of your help, kindness, words and time you have given me over the last seven months. Been a long and hard road, but with your help it made it a lot easier…will never forget all you have done for me. Should be more people like you.”
“We were very satisfied! Absolutely nothing to change - everything was perfect. From beginning to end, Tim and Tana were available, supportive and very consoling. They are very professional and caring. Words cannot express my gratitude. They walked me through everything and covered everything I could think of. I had no worries. They also gave words of encouragement and hugs.”
“(We) want to express to you our appreciation for all that you did to comfort and assist us during the difficult time following mom's death. We are grateful for the kindness and concern you have always shown to our family.”
“We really appreciate the wonderful care and comfort you have always shown.”
