Welcome to Mundwiler and Emanuel-Patterson Funeral Homes
Serving the Milbank, Wilmot, and surrounding areas since 1928, our family has continued to provide personalized and traditional funeral service.
In July of 2005, we opened the doors to our new and modern facility, located on east Highway 12 in Milbank, SD. That day brought the realization of our vision. Our family's goal was, and is, to provide a warm, comfortable environment where families may say good-bye to their loved one, with the respect that they deserve.
Our handicapped accessible funeral home offers a welcoming lobby located directly off of the large parking lot and covered car port. Our spacious chapel seats 150 guests comfortably, with ample room for overflow. We offer a comfortable funeral merchandising center, lounge and children's play room, as well as an outside courtyard. A full line of granite memorials are also available as we represent Rausch Brothers Monument Company.
We offer personalized services, pre-arrangement options, traditional services and cremation services. We are also proud to offer families the use of our beautiful 1890 restored horse drawn hearse, which is on display in a glass carriage house outside of the funeral home.
Within moments of entering the funeral home, families know they have made the right decision. Whether pre-planning, making funeral arrangements, considering a granite monument, or simply taking a tour, we are here to graciously respect your wishes and make you feel "at home."
